Each teacher will offer you insights on their practice and discoveries that they have made along the way on their yoga journey in the hope that it will give you a new perspective on your unique quest for knowledge.

Perhaps you have been attending the same yoga class with the same teacher and same participants for months. Now is your opportunity to feel connected to something greater. Although you may return to that same class with the same teacher after SEYF, you’ll know that beyond those walls that you are part of the collective consciousness of the Canberra yoga community.

Open your mind to new approaches and ideas

It is often easy for us to continue down the same familiar path that we have been on. SEYF is an opportunity to discover new teachers with new techniques on how to use yoga and other complementary therapies to benefit your life. One hour with a new teacher could be the spark you need to ignite your enthusiasm for yoga and other new habits.

Summer’s End Yoga Fest will be an unforgettable weekend for everyone involved. You mind, body and spirit will be buzzing with all of the positive energy you will create by participating in this fantastic event. By Sunday evening you will have learned new things, had new experiences and made new friendships and memories which may last a lifetime.

What to Bring

Although we will do our best to look after you once you arrive, you may want to bring a few things with you to the festival:

• A yoga mat
• A water bottle
• A portable coffee mug (complimentary tea and coffee served all day)
• A blanket or cushion for sitting upon
• A pen and paper for taking notes
• Cash for purchases from our Exhibitors. Credit card facilities may or may not be available for some vendors.
