Kinetic Wear was a Stall Holder at Canberra Yoga Conference 2015

As an Exhibitor at Summer’s End Yoga Festival you will have the opportunity to interact with participants directly, face to face. There is no better way to gain a client or to make a sale than by making that initial contact in person.

The cost for a single table (2x2m space) is $50 for a single day, $75 for two days. If you are interested in becoming a Exhibitor, submit the Exhibitor Agreement by 31 December 2016. Final Payment is due 28 February.

More details for Exhibitors:

• The hours are between 7am when participant registration begins to 6pm (an hour after the last session ends). Vendors may arrive and leave at any time between those hours.
• Participants are on a schedule with 15 minute breaks between each session and one hour for lunch. View the Timetable.
• Lunch provided by the venue is for participants only. If you would like to purchase a meal ticket, indicate your choice on the Promotions Order Form.
• Free WiFi is not available.
• If you would like additional space, the cost is the same as purchasing an additional table.
• Power points are few and far between. If you require a power point, please indicate this on the  Promotions Order Form.
